ENGLEWOOD, N.J. (AP) — Sheila MacRae starred on the Broadway stage and in films, yet it was her small-screen role as the tolerant and brassy wife of a Brooklyn bus driver for which she is most remembered.

MacRae, best known for playing Alice Kramden to Jackie Gleason’s Ralph in the 1960s reboot of “The Honeymooners,” died Thursday. She was 92.

The actress died at the Lillian Booth Actors Home in Englewood, MacRae’s granddaughter, Allison Mullavey, told The Associated Press on Friday.

In the 1950s version of “The Honeymooners,” Audrey Meadows starred with Gleason as lovebirds and sparring partners Ralph and Alice Kramden. Sheila MacRae replaced Meadows as the tolerant and brassy wife of a Brooklyn bus driver in a later version from 1966-70 on “The Jackie Gleason Show.” MacRae was the last survivor from the ’60s edition of the show; Jane Kean, who played Trixie Norton, died last fall.

Ariana Grande had the pleasure of serenading President Barack Obama and the First Lady at the White House’s concert event “Women of Soul.” As the announcer introduced the 20-year-old singer, she hugged Patti Labelle and quickly made her way to the stage. To shrug off any jitters, she engaged in a bit of silly banter by saying “What’s Up” to the President and First Lady and making sure that things were “All Good” with them.

She went on to sing one of my favorite Whitney Houston songs, “I Have Nothing” followed by her own hit song “Tattooed Heart” which brought everyone to their feet. This petite wonder always manages to captivate audiences with her powerful Mariah Carey-esque vocal range. If you’re not on the bandwagon yet all I have to say is What are you doing with your life? Check out the video below.

What do you think of her…
